Please check your order for status before emailing us to inquire.  Orders are updated at least once a day, so please wait 24 hours after submitting your order questionnaire to contact us about your status.  All orders take 5 - 7 days from the time we receive your completed questionnire.  Incorrect information on the questionnaire can delay your template installation, so please look through your hosting letter carefully to give us the correct information.

• on order - we have received your order

• need quesitonnaire - we are waiting on your order questionnaire (applies to pre-made templates only - if you did not receive an order process email with your order questionnaire you can access it here: Order Questionnaire.)

• in process - we have received your questionnaire and your template will be installed within 5 - 7 days.  Please make sure that the order questionnaire is complete and accurate, if we are missing any information or have the wrong information it can delay your installation.

• waiting on client - we have missing or incomplete information and have contacted you for an update

• completed - your template is installed and other items have been sent out.  If you have not received something in your order please contact us.
